Our ICF certified coaches offer one-on-one executive, manager and team coaching to help clients develop more clarity of purpose in their thinking, actions, and language. We help leaders enhance their understanding of their management and leadership styles (including their conflict style, motivational values system, and learning style) for achieving more effective communications and optimal results. We provide leadership, team and conflict coaching.
We provide coaching in areas such as: professional development, team development, career management, conflict resolution and for the application of skills/concepts learned in our training programs. We offer coaching both one-on-one, in small groups and intact teams. Collectively, we’ve worked with hundreds of managers and executives in this role.

Our certified mediators offer a variety of dispute resolution services involving the workplace (EEO, interpersonal relations, inter- and intra- agency), community, contracts, public policy, and interpersonal conflicts. Organizational Consulting
For individuals and teams
Our approach to organizational consulting balances the client’s need to achieve immediate results with its need to build an internal capacity to manage challenges or changes. We use a structured methodology emphasizing organization development and systems analysis techniques to gain an in-depth understanding of all facets of the work unit which may be a team, a division or office, or the organization itself.
Our Process
We begin by identifying the organization’s needs, and then propose appropriate interventions that address root problems.
Our Tools
We use a variety of tools to assess organizations’ and teams’ effectiveness and performance to their strategic plans and help them determine the most effective team processes and structures that will lead them to higher performance levels.
Organizational Effectiveness Interventions - Examples

Conducting dialogue and/or work sessions with or between workgroups/teams to discuss and resolve specific issues, or build/repair relationships.

Team sessions to build team member relationships by developing an understanding of team members’ individual skills, communication, and work styles. Teams develop “actions for success” linked to the team’s and the organization's strategic objectives.
